The Challenge
Merrimack Stone came to Altos with an existing website, however, they were receiving only residential inquiries. This was a problem as their main business is commercial! They are unique in that they have partnered with quarries around the world and have a presence in Thailand. This enables them to provide high quality stone products at great value but the word was not getting out. Something had to be done!

The Solution
Right away we needed the website to emphasize their experience, expertise and quality fabrication in commercial stone projects. We redesigned their home page and navigation to highlight this side of their business. Site visitors now choose immediately whether they’re interested in their residential or commercial services. We also implemented an extensive commercial gallery which highlights the impressive projects they’ve completed. We also studied their current pay-per-click campaigns to see if anything could be optimized there.

The Results
Within the first week of launch they received TWO COMMERCIAL RFQ’s! To date, one of them resulted in a closed deal for a 200 unit condominium in Rivere, Massachusetts! As far as their online advertising, we corrected a common mistake that most people make in their campaigns which reduced their budget by 70%! They then used that savings to drive traffic to multiple other campaigns.
